Eichel came out on a scooter (with a Sabres logo on it) to wave to the crowd during the introductions.

So what are you guys using on your phones to take a look at scores and boxscores around the league? What is a fast way to do it? I swear three years ago I could check NHL.com, TSN.ca or sportsnet easily, and now it's just junk everywhere.

I just want scores and boxscores! Man did they ruin their websites.

I use these links for the scores and box scores and they are relatively junk free.

Backes has a pair of goals for the Bruins and Marchand has assisted on both of them plus the other Bruins goal, 3-3 in the Bruins-BJs game.

Lee Stempniak having another good game. A goal & assist for the Canes. Guy's still got it at the ripe old age of 33. Plus he's already fought through 2 previous PTOs.

Good for Stempniak, the guy has always been quite durable. I'm not surprised to see him age well.

I selfishly want him to break the record for most NHL teams

Can't believe the difference in intensity in this Tampa-Detroit game compared to the Flames-Oilers game last night. What a difference.

Korpikoski scores for Dallas.

Can't believe we kept Grossmann over him out of all the PTO's.
