Looking at ordering a few- Do you need a really high Res original to get a good result?
Will they print anything that is requested (Looking to get a copy of a concert poster)

I believe so, you'd ideally want a high res photo so it doesn't come out pixelated or rasterized.

I'm having difficulty uploading the images I want printed... I have tried the tutorials and nothing seems to address the issue I am having... The file is large, so maybe that might make it a challenge. The image disappears once it has finished processing in the upload. Anyone else having an issue like this?

Edit: The image was a scanned .tif, that may have been the issue, saved as a jpeg. The image is processing now...

Update: The file was too large for them to accommodate. Graham with customer service helped.
