From what i know of the sim and the league, Grant would have no idea if you played or not but would upload your lines regardless. So if you sent lines in and they were uploaded you should be Ok.
What I do is if I like recent lines and have no injuries, I forward the same lines I sent previously and they always work.
My advice....forward the same email with the lines you did and you are good to go.
