I have a 10 pass there right now.
Pros:
-It's fun because it's different
-Great workout forcing you to use muscles you normally wouldn't use (feels more like a total body workout)
-Brings you back - there are a ton of obstacles and it makes you want to come back and learn how to master them
-You feel like a boss when you complete difficult obstacles
Cons:
-Unless you want to pay a ton ($200/month I think), you have to attend a class and you don't get free run of the gym.
-The classes are good, but are sort of made up as they go, so some are better than others. There are also set times for the classes so you have to work your schedule around them
-Expensive - My 10 pass cost $250, so that's $25 / class. There are cheaper options if you go more often, but you are looking at around $20 / class unless you start to get into their unlimited memberships
-Some of the classes have a "crossfit" type feel which I don't love. Sometime they will make you do something as many times as you can in a certain time period. However, the trainers do walk around and ensure your technique is good. If I'm too tired to continue effectively, I'll just stop and rest and no one really cares
Overall: 4/5 - If it was cheaper I would love that place, but the price hurts the wallet for sure
EDIT: I just went online to sign up for a class and noticed the 10 pass is now only $200. So I guess I got hosed a bit, but glad to see the price getting a little more reasonable.
