Cable Covers?

I am doing up my new office and need to straighten out some visible wires. I want some neoprene covers (or something otherwise slick looking) - but I need them in 3/4" - not the massive 1.5" that the below come in, as I only have 3-4 wires to hide, not the 6+ this would hide!

Any ideas where I could get something similar, but in smaller diameters? My google-foo has come up dry...

Peak fabrics is a place I've bought neoprene in the past. Would be a fairly simple job too...

No - I am too right brained to sow my own... Just looking for a place to buy these but in smaller diameters...Doesn't have to be these exactly, as I don't really care about material, just don't want to use split loom.
