The Winnipeg Jets have signed Calgary Flames scouting director Todd Woodcroft to work under Paul Maurice as Assistant Coach. The 43 year old has experience with numerous teams as a scouting and video coach.

I suppose this is good news for the Jets however I am unfamiliar with the work of Woodcroft. Perhaps some local fans have some familiarity with his work.
