E. Kane faces criminal trespass and 4 harassment charges UPD: Kane arrested

Sources have confirmed to News 4 that two crime reports have been filed against Sabres’ left winger Evander Kane.
The crime reports relate to an alleged incident following Kane’s appearance at a Buffalo bar called Bottom’s Up on Chippewa Street on Thursday night.
Witnesses who called News 4 say Kane had been ejected from the bar that night. It’s not yet clear what crimes Kane is accused of committing.
Kane was under investigation following a report to police in December of 2015 which alleged Kane may have committed a sexual offense at Buffalo’s HARBORCenter Marriott. No charges were ever filed by the Erie County District Attorney’s Office.
The report surfaced the first night of the NHL Draft.

benefit where it is due... some eye witnesses who called into a news station to report he had been kicked out and they are not sure what charges are against him.
Ferland had a similar incident and was later found to be pretty innocent.

to me crime reports seem very different than being charged with a crime. cool though that the source knew that a report had been filed, but did not know anything else.
either way, kane has got to learn to be a little smarter about how he conducts himself.
