Yes, he deserves his own thread.

Thank you Joe for all you've done for the Calgary Flames and the community.

I for one was a fan of you and I think you didn't got the respect you deserved from some fans around here. In fact, is some cases it was disrespect. (same think can be said about Deryk Engelland by the way)

I wish you nothing but the best in Colorado!

One of the reason I liked Joe is this:


(1:44:56... there's a guy who loves his team and his hometown)

Good hockey player and classy guy. I'll never understand the hate he gets from some fans, even in the thank you thread. People aren't happy unless they're whipping someone on the team for no reason.
