Pretty sure Iggy is being used strictly as a powerplay specialist these days.

Iginla is definitely one of the slowest players on the ice. That said, I am impressed with his ability to be in the right spot at the right time. Not to mention he is still producing at 39.

As of right now he has the second most ice time off all forward on the Avs behind Mackinnon this game.

Jagr is pretty slow these days too. Doesn't mean he can't be effective. Just have to know how to adapt to a loss of speed. That's why Iggy is still in this league at his age.

The best forward since Mario Lemieux, and I would argue the best winger of all time. I think even once Crosby retires he will still not be at the same level as Jagr over their respective careers.

Watching these Avs is giving me flashbacks and it's not good ones. Comeau on the ice making a dumb giveaway with two minutes remaining which leads to a good chance for the Pens and then Colborne and Bourque jump on the ice right after.

Overtime in the Avalanche-Penguins game and Colorado win it early.

The Bruins lead 2-1 in the third period. Pastrnak scored the go ahead goal in the second period with Rask getting the assist.

Winnipeg's forwards have a lot of potential but their defense group isn't the smartest bunch. They could use a good puck mover.

I don't think Trouba is an especially good puck mover.

Brandon Carlo scores his first NHL goal and makes it 3-1 Bruins. Chara scores the empty net goal and Rask gets his second assist of the game, Boston wins 4-1.

I don't know Winnipeg's lineup too well, but if they could trade Trouba for a defenseman that brings the right dimension, it could work out without it being an amazing trade on paper. Just felt like they need someone who sees the ice. What they have is tunnel-vision puck carriers.
