My 7 year old woke me up at 5:30 this morning to show me the card he made. So much for sleeping in.

It's fun when your kids are excited to give you something they made. My 6 year old was pretty excited to show me the picture he drew of us. Also got an adorable picture of my 1 year old daughter holding an I love Daddy sign.

I'll enjoy it now before they start thinking Dads a bigger idiot than Donald Trump when they're teen agers.

I left my kids at 5am to fly to Edmonton to see my own father as he prepares for the surgical removal of a Tumour tomorrow morning. It was an emotional video chat this am for a happy father's day video chat

My 7 year old woke me up at 2am throwing up everywhere. My 5 year old did the same thing yesterday. Also slept on the couch and my back and neck are killing me. Happy Father's Day.

Who knows, maybe I just have to want to control them more.

Got some books I wanted from the kids, so it's been a good day so far. Formula 1 this morning, Euros coming up and WWE PPV later on. Much of my day is being spent lying on the couch. I'll probably try to pop out to Fish Creek just to get some air!
