Default Have you been pwned?

https://haveibeenpwned.com

Came across this site this morning. It's for checking if an email address you've used for an account somewhere has been compromised by way of the company being hacked, etc.

My work email was compromised by the Adobe hack from a few years ago. My personal email from the LinkedIn hack, and my spam email address from a whole bunch of hacks.

Apparently an email address I use got pwned when patreon got hacked. So now someone who hacked patreon would know the username associated with my email address, and that I use the same username on twitter.

I don't feel too pwned.

Here's an article from the Times that recommends using the site:

My old Telus account was compromised in 2008 because of a MySpace leak.

Cool!

No pwnage found!

Kind of surprised. I'm not very diligent with online security.
