booo. This one sucks but it's fairly realistic. I think we have to accept that we're likely going to be drafting around 7. At least the oil and leafs don't get top 3.

Just did mine and got Flames-Canucks-Sabres on the first try. That would be amazing.

A 4 day run of crap results ends with the real thing tomorrow.

To me the lead up to tomorrow is much like the lead up to the season. I feel really confident about our chances and am going in expecting to win. If they don't win though it will not be shocking or rage inducing.
Leading into this season I expected the flames to be a playoff team and be better than 2015. When it was clear early in the season was lost I was not overly shocked as many people predicted the fall back. Just like tomorrow we have a 1 in 4 chance of picking top 3 but also have a 2 in 3 chance of picking 6-7. Hope for the best and accept whatever happens
The one thing I've noticed with the simulator picks done here (unless I missed a day) and all the other variations I've seen or done is I haven't seen a version where it went Toronto, Edmonton, Vancouver. That's a good thing. I'm not even sure if I've seen all three in the top three in any order.....
I feel better now. Starting to warm up to Nylander as well. If his last name was Svenson or something, I'd probably feel even better.

Not the worst I guess since Edmonton's not in it, but man it would have helped A LOT for our chances had Flames just lost those meaningless two games against the Canucks and Minny at the end of the season. Ah well, it is what it is.
