Predators are 3-0 against the Ducks this season. I'm not saying that will 100% translate into the playoffs, but I am saying that the Ducks might have picked the worst matchup for them.

The Preds don't scare me. Don't get me wrong, they have a lot of decent players and they are a good team, but I don't see a team capable of a deep play off run. I can see the Ducks turning it on and winning this one comfortably. Ducks in 4/5.

Ducks are very banged up and their offense is underwhelming. Preds have the tools to shut down Perry/Getzlaf and a lot of forward depth. Wouldn't be surprised if Preds win in 5.

Oct 22 in Nsh preds 5-1
Nov 1 in Ana Ducks 4-2
Nov 17 in Nsh Preds 3-2
The Ducks record after Nov 17: 6-9-4 after the last time they played the Preds: 40-16-7
Preds record since they last played the Ducks : 30-24-9
Preds have much the same chance as the Jets and the Flames did last year against the Ducks.
