For me a perfect 10/10 would be the number 1 pick going to Calgary and no other Canadian team in the top 3. Each spot below that is a -1 and each Canadian team in the top 3 is a -1.
This result to me is a solid 8/10

I like Jersey in the mix as well ...
Perfect result for the tanking crew, none of the bottom 4 teams made it into the top four.
This would completely change the Oilers off season strategy!

Gave it an 8. I'd be pretty ecstatic with #3, and New Jersey + Buffalo is almost ideal for the other 2 lottery winners.
A 9 would have been #2, a 10 would have been #1.

I'd be very happy with the Eastern Canadian teams getting high picks, just not ahead of or at the expense of the Flames. The NHL is much better with strong Canadian teams - except Van and Edm who can suck forever.
