Lol, Oilers post game named Craig Muni as the hardest working oiler, and TM's post game presser was a moment!

As a Flames fan, I have to believe that hockey gods will make sure the Oilers don't get a top3 pick, just like they wouldn't let a Canuck touch cup in 2011!

Anyone else getting worried about the expansion draft and Jokipakka? Really seems like he’s built for the aggressive jump into the play style that Calgary demands from their defense core. His play is really coming on.

We saw in previous expansion drafts teams were able to trade a different asset to the expansion franchise in exchange for not picking a specific player that was otherwise exposed.

Wonder if throwing the new team a redundant asset to persuade them to take a forward instead is likely again this time around.

For example, in 1998:
Calgary traded Jim Dowd to Nashville after the Predators agreed not to select a goaltender from the Flames.

Man I was surprised when Hrudey threw Eberle under the bus. That's maybe the most vicious attack by a respected media guy I've heard. Well deserved though and I've been waiting a few years for someone to call out the Oilers but all the media has done is get on the Oiler band wagon. It's come full circle as it reminded me some of when Gretzky called the terrible Devils a Mickey Mouse team.

Oh yeah, Backlund has 42 points now for a new PB.

This isn't the first time for Hrudey. He did it with Stock to Hall twice. He's honest when he's upset with someone's effort level. Remember his tirade on Rene Bourque?
