I was thinking about getting a BEV HD receiver for the upcoming hockey season, just because Bell has TSNHD and Center Ice , my question is, can I set up my billing for out of market say to my uncles in BC so if i order NHL CI I can get all the flames games. Is this possible to do or is it just a pipe dream.

Also what are the chances of Center Ice lifting the black outs because of all the sell outs at the dome this year.
