Looked like maybe the back of the calf? Little protection there. Honestly I'm hoping it's something like that instead of the dreaded knee

unlikely.... but a guy can hope


i know i got caught with a puck in the calf and it cramped up like crazy and was just brutal any time i needed to use that muscle... but thankfully it was only a beer league game... not the nhl
