Not going to win a lot of games with sub 0.790 goaltending.

The tank is on bigtime. Hopefully we can get good value out of the UFAs

From my point of view the Flames didn't play amazingly well, but, aside from the goaltending, they played well enough to win today. Very disappointing.

I actually feel like I'm wasting my money when I go to a game and see Jonas hiller being announced as the starter

Another incredibly disappointing game. This team makes so many dumb decisions on the ice(bad passes, leaving guys open behind them, sliding along the ice and let players skate around them with ease, not boxing guys out etc etc. you could on and on). Flames give up 15 goals in the last 3 games, and we're with some of the worst defensive teams in the league. Goaltending, team defense, and coaching are all to blame. I hope Treliving does something soon to shake it up. Terrible stuff.

The off-season can't come fast enough if we have to deal with 26ish more games of that type of horrible goaltending.

This isn't a tank. It just isn't a very good team, particularly now with Ramo out.

Pretty much. They only have one productive offensive line and sound defensive pair.

Positives: Great game from the top line, 12 minutes from Nakladal and looking good, Ortio got to work some confidence in his game getting playing time hopefully is allowed to start next game (despite letting in 2 goals, 1 that some think he shoulda had and 1 I think wasn't really his fault), and PP is actually looking good.

Negatives: Poor play/consistency from the team at inopportune times, gave up a total of 6 goals, poor PK and penalty troubles.

Sucks to say but the Flames just aren't in the same league as the Ducks. They're bigger, stronger, more talented, etc. Looked like men against boys.

They are! Only the leafs I suspect will finish lower than the Flames this year. Even the Oil are only 3 points back now. We were tied with a few teams too but had a game in hand or two. should drop a spot with this loss today.
