Not near Harry Hays, but there is a place on 8th ave between 6th and 7th in the Ramada that does it. Short jaunt from the train.

There's a passport photo place directly west across the street from Harry Hays but expect to pay extra compared to places say London drugs.

There is a place called Wilson's Photo in china town that's cheap as hell and does a good job... but it's a hole in the wall. 1 block west of the Harry Hayes.

I had mine done in the Rocky Mountain Plaza Building, which is only 2 blocks away. $20 even from what I recall.. have no idea if that's expensive or not.

I was also going to suggest Chinatown. The place is right beside the Dragon City Mall main entrance on Centre St.

There should be a passport port place just right across from Harry Hayes if you were heading towards dragon city. Also there is another one which is right NEXT to dragon city at the bus stop section.

I'd just go to Walmart. They have the highest acceptance rate and all photos are guaranteed. I don't think I've ever heard of anyone ever having a photo from Walmart rejected. I would bet it's one of the cheapest options as well. I just renewed my passport last week and use Walmart Photo.

This. Sure, it's like $20 or something but it is immediately across the street on the corner. Northwest corner of 4the Ave and 1st St SE.

Costco is cheapest I think... but probably not convenient for you this time.

Went to Walmart this morning, it wasn't cheap at $28.
It's all relative I guess, have no idea what other places charge.

I think I paid $13 downtown at the place under Ramada. $28 for Walmart sounds ludicrous.

^^Yeah that's what I thought but didn't want to start shopping around.
Oh well, it's good for 10 years. Not sure why anyone would get 5 years when it's only $40 more for 10($160 vs $120).

CAA is close(ish) and if you're a member you get free passport photos.
Just had some done there for an international driver's license.

The reason for the increased price at Walmart is they automatically send photo to the peopleofwalmart.com

There's a place across the street from Harry Hays. No idea what it's called and can't remember the cost, but I just walked around until I saw the sign.
