Take a screenshot might be the easiest.
Unfortunately unlike YouTube or Vimeo or other things, Twitter doesn't provide a simple way to convert a tweet shortcode into something that displays, they have an API that would require a back and forth and the server is supposed to cache the results of the request for a certain amount of time as well, so it'd involve coding and a database table and stuff like that.
Whereas adding YouTube video just involves providing the HTML to convert the tag to.
