Default Samsung Smart TV question

For some reason I keep losing my wireless connectivity on my Samsung smart tv when using apps like netflix. I have to turn the tv off, and re-open the app to be able to keep watching. Is there a way to check if the TV is the issue or if my wireless signal is weak? My tv is located fairly far away from the router and I have even bought of those signal ampliers for the room that the tv is in.
Thanks for any advice or ideas.

A family member of mine had the same issue, they ended up spending I think it was roughly 70 ish bucks and bought a D-Link power line adapter in which would turn power plugs into hard line ethernet connections with an adapter, we set it up and gave the TV a hard line connection, and works great now.

Doesn't quite help you with the wireless issue, but if you wanted that is a route I know that has worked around the wireless issue.

I know on one of my Samsungs when I use UTube I can go into the settings and it will give a speed overlay as the video plays.
