Pro tip - you can rename contacts in Skype. I've been tagging everyone with CPHL [team] so I don't have to ask them to change their profile pic

I installed and that's as far at it has gotten. Haven't had a chance to create an account yet

First screen when I open it up is a Sorry, we couldn't connect to Skype. With a smiley crying

No other option other then other then "Tools" and "connection Options" and I've went through their unhelpful guide many times.
