Because of single seats? It was always easy to find good single seats at the Dome. Nice if you are not overly social, and just want to enjoy a live game by yourself.

Wow good deal, would have made a great xmas gift.

So I want to buy my parents Flames tickets as a present (thinking the February Canucks game) but there are only individual seats or crazy overpriced re-sale tickets ($200 each for PL!!!). It looks like they'll be going to the Columbus game instead haha.

Fans like to go with someone else to a game which can make that single ticket a harder sell. I doubt it has anything to do with the economy.

I bought the single seat due to the great deal the Flames were offering and the chance to sit in the lower bowl.

I bought $20 seats for the whole family during the Cyber Week sale last week. 3 of my 4 kids haven't been to an NHL game yet.
