Former Flame Eric Nystrom should still not get into fights. He just got worked over pretty good by Bruins rookie Tyler Randell.

Guy was always courageous, but this fight was (as it often was when he was on the Flames) a bad idea. Randell goes to the box to check his knuckles, Nystrom goes straight to the room.

Think it was some ridiculous number like 17 times.

It is 2-2 in the Predators-Bruins game. Three of the goals have come on the power play.

Arvidsson scores for the Predators and they take a 3-2 lead with three minutes left.

The Predators hang on for the 3-2 regulation win. Both teams used their back up goalies.

The Avalanche are at home to seek revenge with part two of the home-away series against the Wild.

1-0 for Buffalo off a somewhat controversial raised stick.

The despair at Rogers Place is delicious.

1-1. Vrbata scores.

It's remarkable, since it is a goal scored without one of the Sedins on the scoresheet.

Anybody catch Sven's awesome drop pass in his own zone to a Sabre?

To be fair, Sven just made a nice play on the backcheck knocking the puck away from Evander Kane.

Just after his turnover at the blue line though.

The Avalanche win 2-1 in overtime. Colorado opened the scoring in the second period, Barrie with the goal. In the third period, Parise tied it for the Wild. Barrie assisted on the game winning goal by Mitchell.

The Canucks now lead 4-2.

He's a guy stuck in the limbo of an NHL tweener. If he hadn't changed his game to be somewhat of a fighter, he may have never gotten a job in the NHL.
