Anybody else collect these things? I had no idea these things would be so popular. I know a couple of my friends and relatives who have these and they have quite a lot. I hesitated in starting to collect these things when they first came out but caved in on Black Friday.

I now have 6 to my collection and hopefully many more to come. Do you guys collect these just for the hell of it even if you don't really follow it or do you collect whatever is your favorite?

I bought a bunch to give my staff as Christmas gifts. Figured I would do something different than the boring bottle of wine.

I have He-Man and Skeletor that I bought on a lark when they first came out. The wife got a Harley Quinn one a month ago.

They seem like quick, no-brainer gifts to give people since they seem to have figures for everything imaginable. It'd be hard to not find one that relates to someone's favorite show or movie.

Meh, not a fan. Just reminds of cheesy bobblehead dolls.

We got a free Conan one after managing to get into one of his shows at Comic-Con. It was a complete crap show the moment we got it and stepped outside after the show.

People had surrounded the exit and were literally screaming at people to buy them - I think they still go for $100 each.

Not my thing. But a friend of mine has gone over the moon for them, and has...quite a few.

If my boss is reading this, please give me a $100 gift card, or heck, give $100 to the mustard seed in lieu of this toy. Not my cup of tea

Think I'm going to get a few of these for the bonus room. I don't like a ton of them to overwhelm the room, but maybe 2 or 3 on each of my speakers or something. I did order the Vegeta one off Amazon to see the quality. For 10 bucks, it's pretty decent. Way more affordable than the Kidrobot figures.

My daughter and I collect Star Wars, Justice League and female super heroes in general (if you ask her what she wants to be when she grows up she says Wonder Woman or Batgirl......... no doctor or dancer here). They keep inching up in price every number of months or so and I have seen the rarer ones going for a few $$ more than some of the more readily available ones. They can be a bit of a wallet buster.

When they first came out I tried collecting them, then they blew up and there were way to many of them for me to care about. Unless they make a character I particularly like I don't buy them anymore.

The Dr.Who ones are kind of cool but I cant see myself spending 200 dollars to buy them all.
