Funny how the first game without my saviour will be against the Penguins.... The endless talk of McDavid vs. Crosby would have been unbearable.

I myself was hoping this to happen and Crosby to light it up and show he's still the man. It's the only way to turn the hype of McSavior down a notch.

Watching sportsnet and they keep talking about Pascal Dupuis taken to hospital for precautionary reasons, anyone know what happened to him? They sounded pretty concerned.

Couple of things I've noticed from 10 minutes of watching Oilers game.
1) The play by play drives me crazy. They actually omit detail on any play that is instigated by the Penguins. Just call the game, and let the colour guy chatter about the home team.
2) Not a lot of chemistry on the Penguins.
3) I'm beginning to wonder if all of the Reinhart's will not live up to their draft position.
4) The Penguins badly need a winger that can hold onto the puck. The best they have is Kessel, and that's not really his game either.

They were talking about the Great Crosby-McDavid Matchup and he (PBP guy) actually said:
I would imagine they (meaning the Penguins players) would have all wanted it to happen tonight.
What the ****?
Does he actually believe that the other players in the league care one iota about something like that?
