They should have gotten Uwe Boll to direct.

Yeah, they are definitely going to try and make a quality movie and blockbuster.

Apparently Legendary Pictures has said the film's budget will be "Not less than $220 million."

If that is the case then obviously I would think that the film would follow the story of Arthas.
Well, obviously.

Never played Wow but I played warcraft 2 when it first came out

it seems that there is enough of a backstory there to make it a very good story/movie

and the special effects with that budget should be outstanding, Raimi involved adds a lot of credibility

looking forward to this

Maybe Raimi will cast Topher Grace as the Lich King?

Seems about right.

That would give me confidence in this being a well made movie, not the 220 million and not Raimi, but WETA and Jackson.

They still employ the true crafts of film making. I hope it's true.

As long as they make it so non-WoW players can actually understand what's going on, then I'll go see it.

Nope, he'll cast his brother like he always does:

Why do people continue to let this man make films? Can you imagine that Lich King guy doing the Spiderman 3 dance sequence, cuz thats what you'll get!

Raimi SUCKS!

I have a feeling that a WOW movie, if done right and true to the game, could really surprise a lot of people. There is actually a pretty cool story line within the game.

Dragon Age would make an awesome HBO series... but Game of Thrones will be much better, wait and see.
