Kind of a strange situation with Tavares this afternoon. Not with his missing the game, but with the Islanders comments about it.

‏@NYIslanders #Isles Injury Update: John Tavares will miss today's game. Reasoning to be provided postgame.

Hope it's nothing serious away from hockey or something.
