Well the above pretty much says it all.

Is there a bar or pub or restraunt that sells cheap wings durring flames games.

When I went to school in Edmonton there was a sweet place near MWTC whenever the Oilers played. It was a good opportunity to get some good wings and watch hockey - even if it was the Oilers.

What area of the city are you in? I can make some recommendations for a few places in the SW (around Westhills and area).

Check out: http://www.calgarypubs.com

My faves:
- Shillelagh's Pub
- Classic Jack's
- Point & Feather
- Melrose

We shall see - perhaps Bootleggers will get some TV's. 40 flavors for wings - my favorite wings are chilli lime

Good question. I'm just looking for great hot wings. None of this chili lime, salt & pepper, paprika brandy or whatever else they can throw on there. Just give me pretty well done (somewhat crispy, not sloppy) awesome traditional hot wings.

The AlCove up by Banff Trail LRT station has wing nights on Wednesdays, and... some other day as well. They're pretty good.

Lately I've been fond of the yardhouse in Kensington. Pretty good wings--the food specials are, overall, fantastic. They've got $3.00 pizzas on friday (and they are damn good pizzas), and a 100 wings for $14 on wednesdays. So we'll see how they do during Flames games, but that would be somewhere I'd check out--especially if the game is on a wednesday night.

Kilkenny's, Dixon's, Limmerick's, and the Seanachie are your best bet for Monday games. 17 cent or 9 cent wing night (depending on which bar) which are usually pretty good.

Also, there's the Kipper Pints - immediately after the game pints are the same price as the number of goals Kipper lets in (50 cents for a shutout). Amazing deal. It's available during all Flames games, but cheap wings are only on Mondays.

The Pig and Whistle up in Beddington is good. Their wings are tasty but their beef deep is incredible. Actually all the food there is amazing.

There's always this site I use, doesn't show specials but it's not hard to find one for the day a game's on.

I have been to F.A.T.S as it is a short few block walk and the wings werent bad (the damn no left turns really passes me off their).

Thanks for all your suggestions.

If you are in the kensington/sunnyside/hillhurst area.

The Regal beagle on 14st (south of Rogers/Mohawk) is really good. But its gets crowded there and they have a weird you have to buy a pint for every 10 wings you want rule. Which makes for a sloppy evening if you are watching a game and want 30-40 wings.

Another place to check in the area is Jupiter lounge (above the source) on Fridays. They have really goods wings and I'm sure they have TV’s. It’s usually fairly quiet there.

Any good places that have non-breaded, non-oven baked wings besides Joey Tomato's? Preferably somewhat on the cheaper side.

Bye bye.

And the entertainment you get there is just like being at a dinner theater. I love that place
