Did anyone else watch this? What did you think? I watched it with my wife and I didn't think it was that bad. I like how they didn't really go into too much detail over a lot of things and just picked up and went with it. There were a few things I didn't like about it though...that's not Jimmy Olsen.

I've given up on WB's DCTV universe. Too many shows, too many episodes, too many crossovers. That said, all the best to its shows. I hope they find an audience.

Too many episodes is my biggest problem. I stopped watching Arrow mostly for this reason, it was a ok show but not good enough to watch 23 episodes a season of it. Stick to 8 to 12 quality episodes and I'll be happy.

This x10000, I tried to get into Arrow but got burned out on all the episodes. Zero chance I can keep my wife entertained through that many. Daredevil she will watch as it has that 10-12 high quality vs 23 watered down. Much better approach (see Walking Dead vs. Game of Thrones).

Pretty much the same experience I had. Getting through Season 3 of Arrow last year felt like a job. Flash was still fun - but with the extra shows being added? I made my choice over the summer to check out.
But about Supergirl - glad to hear about dads and daughters watching this together.

I don't believe Supergirl is part of that continuity. Or at best, it's murky.

Caught the first episode...and I'm not sure what I think. I don't really know what I was expecting, but I didn't get blown away. I'll give it a few more episodes to get it's feet under it, though.
It was meh, a few things I liked and a few things annoyed me.
Jimmy Olsen's race change doesn't bug me but when I think Jimmy Olsen I don't think of him as being this big heartthrob- alpha male type character.
