Awesome, I think that's fair for everyone, right where I thought it should be.

I'm good with this signing.
Cap likely to increase over the next few years. $2.2MM for Bouma is a fair deal. Not a steal for either side, but fair in my opinion.
Now if we can just trade Byron and Raymond for JVR, that would be great.

Not bad. maybe about 300 grand too high a cap hit but that's not a big deal in the grand scheme of things. That's half a Devin Setoguchi.

I believe in the Jays.
Overpay.
Guess the arbitration meeting didn't go well for Treliving and Co.

A little bit high imo, but Bouma seems like a great teammate and gives everything for this team. Glad we got him signed.

AAV is a little high, but better than a 2.0 single year contract and then negotiating off of that next summer.

A little bit more than I expected, but it won't throw the cap out of whack.
Lance should enjoy his one year of being the highest-paid guy in the house next season.

Would have liked to see 2M AAV over the 3 years but meh, close enough.

it's more than I thought he'd get but Hamilton got less than I thought he'd get. This isn't too bad at all.

Right where it should have been. 3 years will determine where he gets to for next contract..

Was just going to mention this.
They bought 1 year of UFA for $2.3MM.
Take that away and the 2 year RFA money is $2.15MM. Pretty reasonable.

Bouma earns!
10% more than I thought he'd get. But good for him. I love his playing style, and I wanted him to be on the team.
I don't think it's unreasonable in term or dollar.
Welcome back to the fold Lance!

Yep, I agree with the general sentiment. $2.2 is a little high but for 3 years I'm ok with it.
Bouma is an important cog on this team, one of my favourites for sure!
VIDEO
His 14/15 video will probably come after 3rd in my order. Hudler, Gio, Bouma.

Fair enough. Isn't that slightly below league average these days?
A few question marks on whether he can keep the production up, but not a huge risk IMO.
