Toronto Trades Jimmy Devane to Nashville for Taylor Beck
Absolute blockbuster.
I like this deal more for Toronto though because Beck is somewhat decent.

Good trade for Leafs, not so for the Preds.
Beck, as mentioned is decent (albeit far from a stud, JohnnySkittles). Devane meanwhile is talentless. Nothing more than a younger Frazer McLaren or Colton Orr. No NHL upside with Devane except for perhaps face punching.

Never heard of either guy, which is probably why it struck me as more likely to be two emo bands swapping lead singers than a hockey trade.
