That Hodgson/Kassian trade - a rare lose/lose trade.

Auston Matthews must be their target with all of these moves. They don't have the depth to properly fill all the voids.

Bieksa
Kassian
Kesler

Man these guys are one Burrows trade away from being a somewhat respectable team.

Nah. They aren't bad enough to get there unless they win the lottery. At worst they're 5-10 pick territory.

Wondering what comes back, might be a prospect. Tinordi has been discussed, so that seems most likely, but they have all these depth defensement... If it's McCarron I'll LOL

Between Bieksa and Kassian the caveman population has gone way down in Vancouver the last couple days.

The Sedins are looking around and saying "Dude WTF"

And they're untradable unless they are willing to be split up.

If it's for a pick, they might take a flyer on Semin, with some of the extra cash that's lying around from this and the Bieksa cap-shedding (over $6M combined).

And the overall lack of talent in that dressing room.

And that they traded their best goalie for a sack of beans.

Tinordi > Kassian imo.
