There are a few pitches with goals that have fence netting.

Woodbine Athletic Park has two fields with nets. Mind you, most of the fields are in use around 6:15 - 9:45 pm during weekdays and from 10 am - 2 pm during weekends.
This website shows you the fields statuses and those ones are the ones with nets.
I have only ever played the odd rec game and personally dislike soccer. In saying this, each team was responsible for bringing their own netting. For 29.99 on walmart.ca you can have a net to install on any standard goal posts. Or you could drive all over and spend $$ on fuel to find nets.
