Sorry I didn't have more to say. I posted that as soon as I noticed the link wasn't working; hadn't read the whole article yet.

Unfortunately, I haven't got a lot to say about the article, except: Very interesting, many numbers, few conclusions; I want to see parts 3 and 4 so I can find out where you're going with all this.
