Years ago at my dad's auto shop someone showed up with a Suzuki Sidekick Jeep. he used them as spacers on a body lift. It was a 2-puck-lift-kit. He was in for a safety inspection. It did not pass.

Meh... back when I was in high school I remember watching my late dog chew through a hockey puck in about 17 minutes. So take that #RHNB... My late dog: 1, #RHNB: 0.

Hockey pucks are used in electrical installations, blew my mind when I saw 4 in a service van many years ago.

But isn't toughness a hard thing to measure? You can talk about shear strength, thermal resilience, deformation properties and more.

But as a few unlucky souls can testify a hockey puck is tough enough to kill.

The one in the video says "Made in Slovakia". I don't know why I decided that was worth pointing out, but there it is.

The puck sort of survives thermite, or it's a video of Gaudreau preparing for the all-star games next year.
