Default April 10, just two games!

It is a quiet Friday as all thirty teams play tomorrow.

1700h

at on in the USA

and in Canada on and in french on

It is a big game for the Penguins as they have not clinched a playoff spot yet. A win in any fashion by the Penguins will be enough for them to clinch. The Senators and Bruins along with their fans are big Islander fans tonight. A win by the New York Islanders will confirm a Capitals-Islanders first round playoff series.

Cizikas scored a shorthanded goal, 1-0 Islanders. Halak is the only reason it is still 1-0 for his team. The Penguins have 21 shots on him to seven for the Islanders.

Downie with another dirty play. Got a minor for clipping, and I think the league might take a look at it.

Scuderi ties it up. Halak could only do so much, the shots are now 28-13 in favour of the Penguins.

2-2 Sabres vs Blue Jackets

If Columbus wins in regulation, the Sabres will win the 2015 Tank Bowl.

3-1 Isles. Oilers about to get 2 times the chances at McJesus.

3-1 Islanders. Penguins will miss the playoffs if they lose tomorrow and Boston wins. Crazy.

Pittsburgh will make it. They play Buffalo.

If Pittsburgh misses (which is still pretty unlikely since Boston plays Tampa and they play Buffalo), it would only give the Oilers an extra 1% chance at McDavid.

My money is on Boston to miss the playoffs.

The Bruins are heading to Tampa to play a Lightning team that want to win the division. Ottawa will visit an unmotivated Flyers club, and the Penguins should defeat the Sabres.

Then again, anything can happen.

Having said that, Buffalo is assured of drafting either Eichel or McDavid, as they have won the 2015 Tank Bowl.

Sabres clinch 30th place and guarantee either McDavid or Eichel. We need an elite franchise forward prospect desperately -- the nightmare last two years will finally pay off. Looking forward to next season!

Percentages removed, that's still 2x chances. Didn't realize the games tomorrow for BOS and PITT. Buffalo would love to spoils the pens parade. Who knows how that will go down. And TB would KILL to oust Boston.

I'm happy Buffalo is getting one of those two. It's great that only 1 team in the west has a chance at getting the other. Small blessing but not totally awesome as I would love for both McDavid and Eichel to be in the east for a long....long time.

they can have Eichel. But if there's a hockey god, then McDavid goes to Columbus.

If Toronto ends up winning the draft lottery, I will never watch HNIC again during the season. We would never hear the end of it.

I wouldn't expect much difference next season.

I'm a fan of Crosby but I have to admit I'm kind of hoping to see the Pens finish the choke job and miss the playoffs. Boy, what kind of changes, if any, would that trigger? You should not be missing the playoffs having the kind of roster they do.

Does Crosby have to take a big chunk of blame if they miss because he's captain?
