Okay I have finally finsihed my movie spree and some of the good ones that I can't believe I didn't take the time to watch before are listed, but my question is, what movies have you just recently seen that made you say wow!

Heat
The Professional
A Bronx Tale
Boiler Room
Boyz N Tha Hood
Donnie Brasco
Donnie Darko
Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind

Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas
Gladiator
Harold and Kumar go to White Castle (Sue Me!)

I couldn't finish Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind.
Mind numbingly boring movie. And I'm not one of those guys who thinks "oh man sick explosions" when I see an ad for an action movie on tv. I like movies that make you think. This movie did not make you think, it just made you want to go to sleep.
All the movie nerds on IMDB loved it too. Top 25 movie all time on their list. I guess I'm missing the point.

I liked that movie. I wouldn't say it was your traditional "thinker" movie, but it definitely was different than other films nowadays. That might be why i liked it. I am sick of all the explosion/hot girls/no substance movies that are released all the time.

Swordfish?
Why do so many people like that movie? John Travolta has made one good movie in his life "Pulp Fiction" other than that he is the worst actor ever.
However, I did enjoy seeing Halle Berry's rack!

Swordfish? The Punnisher? Blade 3?
For myself, I went to see Wedding Crashers last nigh which was a very good movie, could have done without the Funeral scene in my opinion, but at the same time if that is my only complaint then I am laughing.

Watched Hotel Rwanda recently and thought it was really good. Way better than I thought it would be.

Im afraid to ask which Punisher you actually enjoyed Flamin homer.....the one from a year or so ago with Travolta as the bad guy which was so bad I couldnt get through. Or.....the one one with Dolph"Ivan Drago"Lundgren........either way u slice it, I think you would be in the minority of people who liked those movies

Ya that movie was horrible.
I don't get what the big deal was with that movie. I thought it was fairly dull and boring.

Only 2 things have made me cry over the last 15 years. Marty Gelinas putting it in the net against Van, and "My Life Without Me" with Sarah Polley.

Blade 3 would have made a terrible Saturday morning cartoon. Oh lord that movie was freakin awful.
Garden State was one of the best movies I have seen in awhile.

I liked the Blade series, I guess it's just because I'm a HUGE Wesely Snipes fan.

Ryan Reynolds or whatever his name is is probably the most annoying person on the planet.
It was an ok movie till his character divebombed through that window.

Danny the Dog is the best I've seen in th past while, I was shocked that it was actually a deep movie, I'd recommend it to anyone.
