Glencross played 500th game, still keeping up on Flames

I was checking up how Glencross was doing in Washington. He played his 500th NHL game last weekend and there are a couple stories about him growing up in Alberta, his father's cattle auction business, breaking in horses, chuckwagon racing in the Stampede circuit, etc.

Calgary is still his home but he's moved into Ovechkin's old house until the season ends (UFA) and is expecting his third child. He has 7 points in 11 games.

Absolutely no hard feelings for Glenny (as if it matters from a fan LOL).

Some guys piss you off when they leave, other guys you wish them well. I always like Glenny and the fact he was a local prairie boy.

I wish nothing but the best for Glenny. Big payday & Stanley Cups (as long as it ain't against us).
