Stuff to do in sweat pants nation
I'm heading up to Edmonton for the flames game on Saturday. Will be traveling there Saturday morning from Calgary. Don't know what's worth doing there before the game? Will be heading back to Calgary after game. Wanted to hear any recommendations on what I can spend my time doing for a few hrs.

Eat somewhere downtown. Like Tres Carnales or Hundred Bar.

Leave Calgary and drive north to red deer - stay in red deer until two hours before puck drop and finish the drive to Edmonton. Leave edm as soon as possible and return directly to Calgary.

The Antique Mall (no, that is not a nickname for the big mall) is a cool place to wander around. For real.
Of course they have every trinket ever produced with an Oilers logo or Wayne's face – from framed GWG ads to vanity mirrors with the oildrop sandblasted into them – but there are also thousands of cool old things to check out, if you like that kind of thing.
