Well that went as planned. Pretty awful top to bottom. Letang drops for 3 weeks with a wrist injury. Do regualr season injuries carry forward into playoffs or does that reset?

Nashville could be for real, as we rattle off our 7th win in a row. We also did a favour to the first round opponent of Dallas here and lived up to the Smashville moniker:

9:55 of 2nd period - Kristopher Letang is hit by Wayne Simmonds and loses puck.
9:56 of 2nd period - Kristopher Letang from Dallas Stars is injured at 9:56 of 2nd period (Right Wrist).

Overall things look good in Nashville though. We are getting scoring by committee and everyone's healthy. There is still a chance that we catch LA for 3rd, but home ice advantage looks like its in the cards for us regardless, and I'm basically thrilled to be in that position!

Getting very close to clinching a playoff spot - looking now at trying to secure 6th. Quite the turnaround after our terrible start.

Jackets clinch!

A great effort by the Jackets. 2nd win in a row without Getzlaf getting a point which is strange and now 3 straight wins for us.

We got scoring from all 4 lines which is great to see.
