Sens continue to be carried by the first line of Zajac-Ryder-Michalek. The trio combined for 8 points and scored twice in the shootout.

Jackets come away with a big 2 points in a win over the Islanders. It was a very tight game with Ryan Miller standing on his head. Nash was the hero in OT.

It's always nice to get a win when Getzlaf is held off the scoresheet because we know that means scoring from him next game! We'll have to monitor his icetime though, playing 27 minutes isnt good but when you are left with at hole at C with Couturier no the IR, you have to find a way to make it work.

Much needed rest day tomorrow.

3 Stars

1 - Ryan Miller (CBJ)
2 - Mika Zibanejad (CBJ)
3 - Rick Nash (CBJ)

That's a pretty big win for the Wild to get us 2 points clear of the 8th, and more importantly, 9th place teams. An inch of breathing room. Standard recipe for us: big game from the top line and big goaltending from The King.

Yay, no injuries. Hopefully we can get healthy and then squeak back into a playoff spot. Stupid Blackhawks.

Not like I'm in a playoff push, but no more injuries would be nice. My guys seem to be dropping lots.

Blues pick up their 3rd straight after going down 3-1 early in the 2nd period we scored 4 unaswered. All while having 0 powerplays to the Flames' 5 and continued to outshoot then anyways.
