Reverse Osmosis Systems (Kinetico vs. Culligan or something else)

I'm looking to get a new RO system. We've had a Culligan for years and it's been basically working as great today as when we bought it. Very few required filter changes. But I'm back in the market and am considering Kinetico for the reason that a sales guy showed me a unit and they seemed designed for multiple lines (up to 5), I haven't looked at the new Culligan stuff recently.

Anyone go through this purchase and have a recent recommendation?

I got the Kinetico K5 water station installed in my mechanical room and had it piped to the fridge for ice, vegetable sink in the kitchen and the bar downstairs. I am happy with it so far. Go $800 discount on the system as part of promotion with other appliances.

Len the owner and his team(family) are very good. Local business and will take great care of you.
I was going to go with Culligan but after comparing prices and a company with knowledge I chose Water Solutions.
These guys actually call you or send you notifications VIA email if your system needs a filter change or whatever you may want.

We're up north, so we went with Aquatech. They're very good.

I assume you're getting your water from a well? I can't imagine people are installing an RO system for city water.

You should assume that I'm taking perfectly fine drinking water from a municipal source and filtering it some more.

I buy it from my local organic store. $.11 litre. Spend about $1 every two days. Guess that's ~$190/year. Not sure how that compares to a built in house system.
