Wednesday Night Slopitch

Anyone interested in playing at Optimist doubleheaders every Wednesday?

Fairly competitive team. Finished 2nd in league last year, but have had some turnover this off season. Would have said competitive team, but lost 4 solid guys that did not want to drive from deep SE anymore plus young families, etc.

Fenced diamonds, umpired games.

Fees are $1700. 24 games plus playoffs. (playoffs would be 3 best of three rounds to go all the way)

Coed 6 guys 4 girls on the field at a time.

I would if it wasn't at Optimist. Way too far for me. I played babe ruth AAA there though. If anyone needs players closer to the east lemme know. Lefty here.

I'd say that I'd love to play, and I certainly would, but I'm already committed to bringing one team's average level of play down, I dont know if I have the resources to drag down another one.
