IT'S ABOUT GOD DAMN TIME
Hamilton ON - As rumored Thursday night the Carolina Hurricanes announce the purchased the Belleville Bulls of the OHL and are relocating the team to Hamilton. The Hurricanes will join forces with Michael Andlauer, who will take over ownership duties.
The relocation was something that Canes GM Hanna has been pushing hard for behind the scans. I have a soft spot for the fan base and how they have had to withstand the hardship of what has been the development center of the Montreal Canadiens, Edmonton Oilers and Vancouver Canucks, It was a sad day with the Dukes relocated to Guelph 24 years ago… It’s be good to have a team to cheer for again in the city
The relocation will be a homecoming for Brandon
Saigeon who grew up playing through the Hamilton Jr Bulldogs system and being drafted by the Belleville Bulls 4th overall in the 2014 OHL Priority Selection Draft.
