I like the title of this thread because there's no "s" on the end of "leave" so I just imagine Wideman storming off the ice and doing a cave man impression. "Wideman leave ice! Wideman been traded!"

Scott Cruickshank was tweeting the phone calls as they happened. TSN confirms no deal yet. Aaron Ward was making calls to inquire further.
Hartlety was on the phone first. Called Wideman over for a one-on-one talk. Wideman resumed practicing. Then Wideman spoke on the phone before leaving the ice.
