I really hate how Rogers and NBC have combined to create a hockey wasteland on Wednesdays.
That said, 1-0 Pens already.

The Hawks haven't done the Flames many favours over the last couple of weeks. Tonight would be a good time to start.
A big west coast road trip for the Caps would also be good to see.

The Wednesday exclusivity and scheduling was used by TSN and NBC in the previous contract. Next Wednesday there are six games on the schedule.
Hornqvist with the goal.

man watching chicago and Vancouver tonight kinda makes me wonder how both teams are as high as they are in the standings. Both playing very sloppy and slow

Good ole John Garrett. "Zach Kassian using his size an strength..." as they cut to a highlight of him scoring into an empty net with no opposing player within five feet.

Agreed. This just isn't much better than Edmonton-New Jersey was.

Frankly, Chicago is fortunate to have a lead.
