Default Might be the filthiest goal ever scored - KHL All-Stars

@BarDown: ICYMI: Incredible KHL skills competition lacrosse goal beats all the NHL attempts. MUST WATCH: http://t.co/jmIsB8zd7W http://t.co/KnTQTn2ndP

While I "most x ever" makes me cringe, that's actually a pretty cool goal, and yeah, if there was more that in the NHL All Star event, I might be interested in it.

(Probably not enough to watch it anyway.)

Maybe the ASG should be NHL all stars vs. KHL all stars. I'd watch that for sure. They'd probably end up hating each other and actually trying really hard.

Didn't future hall of famer, Schremp score a goal like that in an AHL all-star competition?

It is a pretty cool thing to do and I am sure it takes plenty of skill, but it isn't a practical hockey move. Might as well do a double axel or Biellmann spin on the break away as well and really impress the fans.

Is picking up the puck like that a legal move in the NHL?

In a game yes, I think. I don't think you can do it in a shootout.

More impressed by the Crosby & Granlund clips. Doing that in a game with defenders around and no preplanning time is much more impressive.

He is indeed - remember profiling him when he was here - I dubbed him "The Artist" back then because of slick pucks skills.

Thanks for sharing this video - flashback to what I though of him then.

If interested, dug back thru my archives and found the link here.

That was pretty dirty. Better than anything we saw at the entire NHL All Star comp.
