There is not much to see here in the battle of Ontario.
Both teams are not close to a playoff spot. Can the
stinkin' Leafs score?

This should be an entertaining game and both teams played last night.

This is the NBCSN rivalry game and it should be a good one.
Flames fans will be keeping close tabs on this game.

Kessel misses the net on a breakaway, Ottawa scores a minute later. Love it.

Ottawa should have a promotion during the intermission - toss your Leaf jersey on the ice and get a voucher towards a Sens sweater

Already 1-0 Ottawa. Hoffman scores on Sens 1st shot.

My team is no good...

Gotta admit, that was a nice play on the second goal though.

And Dion helps his team out by slashing, crosschecking and spearing Michalek then getting into a fight. Then he acts tough against Gryba with a linesman there to protect him.

I thought the refs are supposed to protect the players?

Pathetic in the Ottawa/Toronto game. Just sits there lets about 3 cross checks go and stands there and watches Phaneuf punch Michalek when he's vulnerable.

No power play for Ottawa, ridiculous.

I don't know what Toronto is playing, but it ain't hockey. Right after killing a stupid penalty, the Leafs were set to take another before Ryan scored on the delayed penalty.

Will Toronto show any fight this game or will falling behind by 3 put the turtles back in their shell?

I feel bad for Reimer. One of the goals was weak, but he's always been a class act. He's been left out to dry, tonight.

Based on Dear Leader's performance in the first, I think fight is the only thing the Leafs are likely to show at this point. Unless someone in that lockerroom manages to get the team to play with some heart, there is a solid chance that this is Toronto's rock bottom game.

Yeah. Both Bernier and Reimer cannot be blamed for the majority of this problem. Very few of the goals either have let in have been weak overall during this team crapshow. Leafs just no good.

Phaneuf is turning into Bieksa east... he's a coward when guys who are tough at all come calling and he goes after euros and skill players.

I wish Iginla had smashed him earlier this year.
