I just bought a Standard CCM Flames Jersey and want to get it done up right.
Name, numbers the whole deal. Does anyone know where I can / should get it done?
Jersey City comes to mind but I am not sure if you need to buy one of their's to do it.
Thanks in advance for any info.

I got mine done at jersey city for about 80 bucks (name and number), you dont need to buy a jersey from them to get it done but will take a few weeks.

Go to the Flames Fanattic store, they will do it properly.

I was just looking into this the other day.
I called Jersey City, they charge 89.99
fanattic - 79.99
if you are a season ticket holder you get 25%, so you get it for 64.15 with tax.
hope that helps.
I obviously ended up going with the fanattic.

Great Plains Cresting, off Mcknight and 46th?
They do all the cresting for the NHL - they are very inexpensive too.

my brother and his friends got theirs done at Calcrests. It is fast and reasonable. The only drawback is that the namebar color was slightly off of the jersey color for my brother's friend's Yelle jersey (white jersey).
Jersey City and the fanattic both do it right. One time I actually asked the guy at jersey city where do they send them. He gave me the name of the place (can't remember off the top of my head). Point is, I phoned the place and the price they quoted was almost identical to Jersey City's price.
I think your best option is to go with fanattic or jersey city. You might be able to save $10 or $20 bucks somewhere else, but with those guys you know its done right.

that's the place I was thinking of. The guy at jersey city told me they send them to great plains. When I phoned though, their prices were the same as jersey city's. They must either be the same company or else Jersey City has a massive deal with them where they do tons of jerseys.
Anyways, they are good too.

Jersey City and Game On Sports both use Great Plains. I know cause I used to work for both.
I'm not sure about FanAttac, but you'd figure that they'd have to do it right if they are the official store of the Flames.
I would say you're safe going with any of those three, but as stated before, call them before you do it, and ask if they have any discount oppertunities like SPC card or whatever.
I can't guarentee that the Fata Discount still works at Game On in Deerfoot. :P
If you need it done right away, good luck. I've heard anywhere between 2-4 weeks to get'r done.

Great Plains offers a retail rate to one-off customers and a wholesale rate to stores, etc. The reason they do this is so they don't undercut the retail outlets they have contracts with.

Everyone uses Great Plains. They are the licsense holder for this area to create the letters and #s. They charge the same price as the retailers to get done though and they arent very pleasent on the phone. Just go to jersey city or th fanattic.
PS: You guys would poop if I told you the wholesale cost of a lettered jersey from CCM.

I dunno about the "not very pleasant on the phone" part. I've done a tonne of business through them with team jersey orders and I have found them to be adequate.
And most people would "poop" if they knew the wholesale cost on any product.
And you don't want a replica jersey customized by CCM because all the numbers and letters are heat sealed on instead of sewn.

I still haven't put my 2004 stanley cup patch on my jersey...anyone know where I should do that? I remember the fanattic told me they could do it for free, but that was ages ago, I haven't gotten around to taking it in to them..
